Bah Hum-bug

I can't stand Valentine's Day. Never liked it, never will. However, HalfBakedKnitWit's sent me the BEST Valentine's Day Card on Ravelry. The cool thing is that this card could be used for any occasion. Just cross out the (hated) Valentine and insert Anniversary, Baptism, Birthday, Christmas, Divorce, Retirement .. etc.

Happy Tuesday!  I hope you find happiness, joy, and love in EVERY DAY!

  1. just finished watching your podcast and you had me laughing and crying. i am so sorry to hear about your friend 'passing'. that's really so sad but it's great that you just saw her and was able to spend some time with her.

it was so funny the way Dawn said 'passed away' and then your comments. you had me LOL. thanks!

i also have to tell you how cute you were when you were saying how people aren't nice and that they should take lessons from Barney. when my 18 yr old daughter was little she use to say that to her big sister that she needed to take lessons from Barney, to say please and thank you. what a fun memory and now i get to remember your saying it also.

i look forward to your show every week.

    1. Thank you so much. I laugh to keep from crying. Well, at least that's what we used to say at work all of the time.

I didn't know what else to say to her. LOL! The the thought of her passing gas just made me chuckle.

Manners are important (that's Barney too). I teach my son to use them. It is sad when some adults need to turn on PBS for a course in behavior. I am glad to trigger the memory. My nephew and I watched Barney CONSTANTLY.

  2. Nichole,

i'm really sorry that you are no longer on the Wolfe Farm Podcast. Not sure what happened but you are really missed. i love how you would use other yarn that didn't cost an arm and a leg. i also buy some indie yarn but it's just a little to pricey to make a toy for a child.

you are missed. maybe you can start your own podcast? best wishes
